Plan Approval Checklist
This form must be completed and submitted to the ARC with a $1500 review fee before home construction may begin.  Pre-submitting your house plans before purchasing them could save you time and money.

Dock/Boat House Approval Form
This form must be completed and submitted to the ARC with a site plan and $100 submittal fee before installing your dock.  This process will ensure that your dock does not intrude upon your neighbor and meets all ARC requirements.
